Center for Non-Profit and Community Development, Inc. (CNPCD) is a 501 c3 that was created in 2011 to provide technical support in the area of effective skill sets to start-up and existing nonprofits to enhance, increase and strengthen their capacity to service their clients.

We specialize in developing neighborhood planning and economic development initiatives in poverty stricken communities.

Our approach is sustainability is framed around a social entrepreneurial business model.

We focus on creating national models and best practice approaches. To date we have provided technical assistance to over 1800 nonprofits, government agencies, faith base groups, businesses, and individuals. Over 300 new nonprofit benefited from technical assistance in the area of document preparation for 501-c3 status. 

We have clients locate in 10 states: California, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, New York, New Jersey, Colorado, and Ohio

In Florida,we have clients located in the following 8 areas: Pasco County, Pinellas County, Tallahassee, St. Lucie County, Hillsborough, Hernando, Polk, and Osceola.

And the following 14 cities/counties Brandon, Brooksville, port Richey, Seffner, Ruskin, Lakeland, Riverview, Valrico, Eustis, Progress Village, Plant City, Fort Pierce, West Tampa/East Tampa
